Parents & Teachers

Dear Educators,

This is a spring that none of us expected. With the need for social distancing, we wanted to help bring some unicorn cheer into these lengthening days by providing  educational and fun unicorn-themed activities for school children.

The Guide to Throwing a Unicorn Party was written with an eye to filling the day with unicorn-related readings, history, science, crafts, writing, and, of course, magic! We have also collected Educational Guides and Discussion Questions for some of the magical horse books mentioned on this website.

While International Unicorn Day is officially April 9, every day can be a Unicorn Day! You might not be able to leave the house, you can still find unicorns. We promise.

Yours truly,

The Unicorn Coalition of Authors
